If recipient doesn’t have a Payoneer account Send payments directly to your recipient’s bank account via bank transfer. Generally, there is a fee of up to 2% when sending payments from your Payoneer balance to bank accounts.

Payoneer customers can also make batch payments to up to 200 bank accounts at once with a 2% fee.
